Podsumowanie

Torbiel włosowa jest chorobą często występującą, pozornie łatwą do leczenia, operowaną na każdym oddziale chirurgicznym. Niemniej mnogość stosowanych metod operacyjnych, a także duża nawrotowość świadczą o tym, że nie opracowano dotychczas perfekcyjnego sposobu operacji. Wydaje się, że indywidualne podejście do każdego pacjenta (ocena wielkości torbieli, technicznych możliwości wykonania konkretnego zabiegu), a także doświadczenie operatora mogą wpłynąć na sukces terapeutyczny.
